Congress of Gamers will be Sept. 20, 9 am to midnight and Sept. 21, 9 am to 6 pm at the Bauer Drive Community Center, 14625 Bauer Drive, Rockville, Maryland 20853. The center's phone number is 301-468-4015. Our website is http://www.congressofgamers.org/
We have top notch events scheduled, including the Euro Caucus (a wildcard tournament consisting of popular EuroGames, such as Settlers of Catan, Race for the Galaxy, and Puerto Rico); In Committee (an area set aside for playtesting unpublished games); Iron Designer Challenge (put together a team, take a game design kit, and a theme and take 5 hours to put together an original game design); CoG Summit (3 untimed rounds of Diplomacy); Robo Race to the White House (play Robo Rally); My Four McGuffins (be the first mob to achieve your mission); CoG Racing Series (play one or more racing games); Board of Elections (don't let Obama and Biden and McCain and Paulin have all the fun...try your hand at some election games); Role Call (several roleplaying events will be offered by outstanding DMs); Embassy from China (learn and play the ancient game of Go); De Bellis Vasingtonium (join in a DBA historical miniatures tournament); and Open Gaming (play Here I Stand, Conquest of Paradise, other wargames, Wings of War, Through the Ages, Axis and Allies miniatures or any other game you'd like to try in our extensive open gaming area).

We'll have vendors: Harmony House Hobbies, Omni Gaming Products, Our Game Table, and Simply Fun.
There will be an extensive game library to try out games you don't own yet and find out what you want to add to your collection.
