This is my favorite ETO game and I play it when ever time allows. I love the scope of the game and how it covers all of the ETO (it does not cut off part of Norway). I think this game has a good balance in playability and history. The game does not have every single ship or corps from WW2 in it but it works great.

Are you referring to the TSR version? I have the first TSR version, not the 2nd TSR one. I still have my counters charts and rules and box but I lost the darn map. I had it tapped together and mounted on a board but I think someone (my wife) accidentally threw it out 10 or 15 years ago.

It was a blast to play.
I am talking about the 2nd edition. I think it is a great game.
I believe you cannot do this as the German player can only have a limited amount of attack factors in Finland. I do not have the rules in front of me though.
I put a jpeg of the box art for the TSR version of ETO in this thread.
Yes that looks like the 2nd edition. I have the first edition, the one with the words WW II on the front of a map that looks to be on fire.
I have to agre its my favorite ETO game .
