Does anyone know of Barbarossa AGS will ever be available as a Vassal module?  Is anyone developing it as such?

Let me rephrase that first sentence: The *additional* fourth countersheet was... There is a fourth countersheet in the box already, of course. Sorry for any confusion.

The fourth counter sheet was supposed to be a bennie for having preordered the game. There were two assumptions made: 1) you might have more than one copy of the game and thus could use two sets of errata counters, and 2) you can always use more of whatever marker it is that fills up the rest of the sheet (can't recall offhand exactly which marker it is). There have been some grumblings that if we needed more markers that sheet 3 would have been a better choice, but this is looking a gift horse in the mouth and I'm just happy that GMT throws in bennies like these. It reflects their commitment to their customers, which not a lot of wargame companies seem to have figured out yet.

Has a date been set for GMT West this coming spring (2011)? I'm hopeful I can make it down from Portland after trying to get there for years, this time is gonna be the charm.

John,

I got the 4th counter sheet outside the box in a zip lock bag as well as one in the game, not totally sure why.  Maybe they were just hedging there bet to ensure everyone got a copy of the 4th sheet.

My Barbarossa Crimea arrived yesterday.  Counter sheet 4 was in a ziplock outside the box.  Maybe they forgot to put it in?  It looks good, I have yet to open it yet.

Afternoon all I just received my copy of Barbarossa: Crimea.  It is up to the usual high standards of GMT I have not started breaking apart the pieces and playing but it does look real good.

I have a number of GMT titles, and would love to find opponents in the Baltimore, Maryland area.

My pre-order for Barbarossa Crimea was just charged, which means it will be shipped very soon.

Any GMT players in central IL here?  Looking for a Barbarossa game.
