I have not yet purchased a game from VPG, but I have been eyeing the States of Siege series for some time. The small footprint and solitaire aspects of those games really appeal to me. But I believe Astra Titanus is the one that is going to make me pull the trigger. I am a sucker for a good starship battle being a old Star Fleet Battles player. I just can't believe I missed the pre-order bonus on this one!

We have a great many solitaire games, and even most of the 2-player games are easily played solitaire. -Alan Emrich

Two games of Jena 20 this afternoon durng the power failure. One French, one Prussian victory. Also had time for Forlorn Hope. The Marines were killin' Xenos left and right until about half way through. Then the Marine started dyin' with the last PFC left holding the fancy computer on the final turn as the Xenos overran him.

I'm not sure when Levee en Masse will be released. I think the end of April...

Looks like Toe-to-Toe will be reviewed in an upcoming issue of Vae Victis! :)

Toe-to-Toe Nu'klr Combat With The Rooskies just arrived, a birthday present from my sister. Best name for a wargame in a long time. Looks like another cool little game.

Congrats on getting "Best New Wargame Publisher of the Decade" on BGG!

Ok, thanks
Was just curious if it was gonna change from the computer graphics style to like an early 19th century map or something similar.
No problem.
