If you don't mind going a little further back than Napoleonics, Mark, I would recommend Friedrich....can do 3 players and less complex than most if not all of what has been listed so far. Great game.
Hello Mark - yes mid level complexity but easy to teach- eg not ASL complexity-thanks for your suggestions I will look at them on BGG and here on consim- regards MarkL
