Jerry led us in WS&IM a couple of weeks ago.  Flying Colors might permit even larger battles.  Good for multi-player (we usually get 9-12 lads).

    (P.s., I meant CDGs are..)

I'm off now to the club...

Chris,

Two correspondents here, Jerry Todd and myself, are off right now to run AH's 'Hitler's War' and one or more folio games for the Edgewater Strategy Gaming Club (high schoolers plus 2-3 adults).  We're meeting today in Davidsonville (AA Cty), 10:30 to 4:30 or so.  We meet every two weeks, and CDGs is a big part of the plan for the coming year (that & standard hex-&-counter wargames).  Today's loc:

Davidsonville Family Rec Center

In SW Baltimore, looking for any groups or fellow gamers in the central Maryland that like to get together, generally on the weekends. I like the next war series, flying colors, CDGs, and COIN. Willing to try just about anything.

Is that cavalry or are you an officer in an infantry unit?

Anyway, Civil War it is!  I have used Antietam and Fredericksburg as intro scenarios, letting the novices be the Union at Antietam -- and suspending the McClellan Copperhead rules! -- and letting them be the Confederates at F'burg.  I once found a way to win as the Feds at F'burg.  (I've only used the SPI B&G folio games for these training events.)

Half way through a reply and Firefox crashes - grrrr

Anyway...

I go by Jerry and I'm in Severna Park NE of Jumpers Hole Rd and Benfield Blvd.  That's me on the horse in the little pic on the left there.  I won't be in uniform or on horseback Saturday.

I'm in Edgewater near Annapolis.  Gerald (Gerry?) -- you're where?
