I'm lgoldberg on BGG, since 2006. I opened an account there under a different user id a year or two before that, but never did anything with it (and ultimately forgot the password).  It probably took a couple of years beyond 2006 to really get into the site and try to figure out what it all meant.  Now I spend quite a deal of time there, and since my game likes have expanded, it's served a very useful purpose.

I'm gohrns on BGG.  I haven't abondoned the Geek.  This site supplements what I already do with the Geek and Facebook.  There are folks on this site who may not use either of the other two sites.  There definetly has been a slow down of wargamer activity there.  There are folks I see at BGG and Facebook here also, so it seems no matter where I go I get outstanding individuals to talk games with.
