I too am a solitaire gamer, although tonight I stopped by a local Borders where there is a group. (Arlington,TX). I hope to get some more Hornet II games in so that I can get the hang of it. I've played so little, I just haven't gotten the rythm yet.

I started out with HLII and CAG, then got the others in the series. The only one I haven't tried yet is Marine Air. I've had fun with the whold series, especially since most of my gaming is unfortunately solitaire.

No - I just got the game a couple of weeks ago, and really haven't played a whole campaign due to time restraints. The whole series looks really neat. I want to get a bunch of campaigns under my belt and really understand the gaming system, before I add some expansions. But I erally like the looks of Corsair.

Jim - do you have the whole series? The new planes greatly improve the capabilities. On the long missions, the A-6s can carry a decent bomb load.

I am learning Hornet Leader II - Started N.Korea Skirmish Scenario today - This is a challenging game and one that I am looking forward to playing for a long time.
