Any hints on getting up to speed on this game? I've tried it with a friend and it just didn't seem to sink in. Pacific Victory, which seems similar but simpler. I look at the rules to FITS and they don't seem complex, but putting all together becomes a different story.

I'm looking so much for this game. Let me know if someone have it at reasonable price.

It's a fun game. Obviously a great deal of abstraction going on at this scale but the game does well to model Japan's decisions on how far to expand and/or when to consolodate and take up the defensive positioning. For the Allies, it's go-go-go all the way, much more slowly at first of course but like Russia in eastern Europe, once they get going it's a matter of when not if they will conquer the Axis.

Having managed to source a copy from the States, I'm looking forward to playing what looks to be an excellent game.
