Hi! I'm a new player. I've just purchased SJW:II and have the VASSAL module installed. I've gone through the rules and some video tutorials, and would like to get into a game (preferably live, but I can manage both). How do I start that process?

Sounds good Patrick. I'm ready when you are.  Shoot me an email at srugge@aol.com and we can discuss further. I'm actually looking at your videos on You Tube.  Thanks for posting them.  Very helpful for someone relearning the system.

Steve, I'm always interested in another PBEM game.

Hello to all,

I am getting back into this system after years away and am looking for a PBEM game.  Also I read somewhere there is an online tournament about to start? Anybody have any further info on that?

Mark, You still up for a game of Chickamauga?

Anyone interest in a Vassal PBEM of BAC Chickamauga campaign, or Roads to Gettysburg?

Hi all, looking for FTF opponents near Wilmington NC. Getting back into the system after a few years. Would prefer BAtC or SJW2,but also have OtR, RtG and SitV. Would be willing to travel in a 100 mile radius or so once a month for a weekend game (Raleigh/Durham, Myrtle Beach SC, Goldsboro, Jacksonville NC)

Its been about 2 months since I signed on to this group. I was just learning the GCACW series then playing Battle Above the Clouds (Crossing Chickamauga Creek), I have since purchased Stonewall Jackson's Way II. In addition to messing around with it solitaire, I have finished 2 plays of Crossing Chickamauga Creek (BAC) and 1 play of Cedar Mountain (SJWII). Am presently playing The Battle of Chickamauga (BAC - we are almost thru the 2nd day)). All these have been either FTF or on Vassal. I am enjoying the system immensely.  Very nice! And though I live in Illinois, my mom lives in hex 2519 of the Northern map in BAC.
