I have looked but not found anything about creating the war in Spring 62. We have all the maps..and most of the units...for some reason we seem to be missing quite a few units on the Fed side...The eastern front had 210+K of troops..with 28K sick. So what if the Union player had decided to use two of the DC Corp and push south from DC and cut off Jackson's forces? Trying to smash Jackson's forces would have been very rewarding...his flank's were up in the air..and while the Union player was keeping forces down near Richmond..there would not have been much help Lee could have sent north. Comments anyone?
