no, at now there are no guidance lines or something similar to align text or overlays

I bought HexDraw this week and I am really pleased with it. It seems to do everything I need to do, and is easy to use. One question -- despite the name, is is possible to do squares or rectangles, aligned or offset?

At my game store we are using Hex Draw for a Battle Tech Campaign using Full Thrust for the space combat and Battle tech for the ground combat. The program is very easy to use, and its easy to add pictures and backgrounds to the program.

HI, I'm Paul and I wargame in Tulsa OK. I use HewDraw as a mapping tool to build terrain for our tabletop historical games. I do this by importing a battlefield image and then creating the hex terrain on top of the image. Works Great!! I then take teh HexDraw output and use it to build the wargame terrain using 4" hexes. I have recieved lots of compliments from my fellow gamers and this tool makes it really easy.

Thanks!!

Hello to all.
I used Hexdraw to complete a draft module on the historical ASL. The module will be published by the Critical Hit in 2009, I hope.
I then tried to use the software to create maps of the SPQR successfully. In fact I have designed a scenario and map of the Battle of Lake Trasimeno, which will be published in the journal C31 - GMT.

As a result of this work was born the idea, suggested to Joe, an evolution of the software archives for useful maps of SPQR and the like.
Ultimately a big thanks to Joe! And congratulations for the great work!

Jo,
Will you add a few discussion topics like "What overlay would you need"?
I suppose that's the all point of starting this, isn't it?
