I mean "JUST to let you know."

ust to let you know, the Line of Departure site, and in fact all of my sites, are no longer "parked" as they have been for the last five days, which I didn't know about until about half an hour ago. There was a miscommunication with GoDaddy, due to my move. The domain www.jimwerbaneth.comwas supposed to be auto renewed, but they had an old credit card, since replaced due to a security breach, and couldn't contact me because, since my move in January 2013, the email account on file had been cancelled, and along with my old phone. So the only way I found out about any of this was when a prospective customer called and asked if I was still in business,

Absolutely, I am, and the web sites are all back up now, and paid for, for another couple of years.

There is PLENTY of MBT and IDF material in the magazine.  Just take a look a the table of contents.

To make it go quicker, do a word search for MBT; you'll find a lot.  All issues are available too.

Did Line of Departure have scenarios for MBT?

Are they available anywhere?

I posted this on the ConsimWorld forums, and it bears crossposting here.

As I've mentioned before in other venues, I'm moving to a new home a week from today, a little closer to the Line of Departure corporate offices in downtown Gibsonia.  All of my boxed games and S&T's are packed, along with many of my books.  My plans for now are to pack Line of Departure last.  So if anyone wants to subscribe or buy back issues, you won't even notice what a mess my office is right now.

I saw that happening on my site as well, came to the same conclusion, and took the exact action (well sorta - I removed the code from my site).

Not sure what they were thinking.

Just as a little bit of minor news, I just deleted the Line of Departure web sites from the Webring system.  I wasn't getting very much traffic, and I found their code replacing the titles of my page with theirs, and even changing the URL that users could see.  There was also new and kind of obnoxious interface at the bottom of the page.  All in all, it was starting to look like their site and not mine.  So I'm off of Webring.

For sure James, and your course sounds cool!

Jim,

How goes it?  We spoke a few years back about republishing Seige of Jerusalem; any progress on that front.  I instruct a course at the University of Calgary called Jerusalem - but its focus is on the destrction of the second Temple in 70 AD.  Keep in touch.
