Dien Bien Phu: The Final Gamble (Legion Games, 2014) depicts a classic siege in the last gasp of the French Indochina War in 1954. Given such a static situation, is maneuver warfare possible? Indeed it is, as players cope with surfaces and gaps, deciding on main effort, gaining battlefield advantage, exploiting and finishing, and struggling to achieve OODA Loop advantages (as difficult as that is in this particular situation).
Here is one of the best reviews of the game--indeed of any wargame--ever made. A current version of the rulebook is attached.
