I might as well create a discussion for this game: Power, Shanghai between 1937-41. A time when you had all these groups (criminals, nationalists, western powers, Japanese and what have you) struggling against each other to get on top.

Will this game be the second Shanghai incident?
Is the range in the map a range from Shanghai to Nanjing?
This is very early in planning but my idea is that "Power" will be a game where you as an individual will have to use all your cunning and smartness to survive in Shanghai during these turbulent times. So, it is really not a wargame covering the Japanese invasion.
Now, this is a truly interesting and innovative concept. :-)
