Did I loan one of you clowns my copy of Starship Troopers?  Looking to start a pbem game and can't find my set.  Email me if you have it so we can arrange return.  mahalo.

BTW, we had a super time at Bill's last Thursday. He is a gracious host. Bill and Greg got in a game of Armageddon War and then Bill and I bashed through a slam-bang contest of '65: Squad Level Combat in Vietnam. A good time was had by all. Thanks, Bill!

Bill, I'll email you. Can I bring Greg Porter, the designer of Armageddon War? Is everyone okay with testing '65 and Armageddon War? I think we'll have fun.

Yep, the 19th - A 4th would be great.

Are you talking about the 19th? And are you interested in a fourth player?

Bill,

I can do next week. Can we meet in the afternoon? Say Thursday? I can come down to Eden, if you like.

Luke - know how you feel - burn out - last year gaming was intense! Became too much like work for me...glad to see the gang has a new hangout with Mr. Whitaker - fine bunch of fellows.

(Yes, Don, got your email...)

Still at least weekly though, 1 to 1 with Stuart mostly; Thursdays and sometimes Tuesdays - looks like the Triad has the week about covered.

Still buying games - Last Blitzkrieg arrived today; Fall Blau two weeks ago - our next session is with that.

Mark - I have a Staycation next week - weekends are tough this time of year for me to get out - any time next week open?

Anyone interested in a Flying Pig (http://www.flyingpiggames.com/) testing session in Martinsville? We are looking to test '65 and Armageddon War. We have a nice place to test, would buy pizza and soda for all. Do it any Saturday or Sunday, that is convenient. 9-6. It would be like a mini-con.  But free. Well, better than free. We'll pay for the food.

Personally I haven't played wargames lately at all. I'm not sure why--I just haven't had the urge to, even ASL. I knew it was bad when I got promoted at work and thought, "hey I'll buy some new games," and spent nothing on wargames or new ASL gear. Only new wargames for me have been a few lingering P500 orders, like Operation Dauntless, Ukraine 43 and Falling Sky. Haven't played them though!

I did play a very cutthroat game of Successors two weeks ago, but that was the only wargame I've played in almost a year. I've been playing Euro games here in Greensboro instead.
