It reads quite well using Google translation. He doesn't mention weather but looks like the Germans did quite well with reinforcement rolls. Nowhere near aggressive enough, you've got to keep battering, even use 16th Corps and 75th div while out of supply if 2nd Corps are allowed to move. As the German try to get out of the way of 7th Corps, its a juggernaut but heading the wrong way. Conversely as the US try to use 7th to do as much damage as possible once you are over the Roer, as it'll spend the rest of game enjoying R&R in what's left of Cologne.
