No... a relatives had been there eons ago... until now I have only see Duxford, Hendon, the Italian Air force Museum at Vigna di Valle near Rome and the "museo dell'aria" in San Marino (a lot of Migs an Il28 an F4D an US Navy A7E from Desert Storm and a Gloster Javelin. Sadly the majority of them are on open storage and are feeling the wraith of elements.

Most of the Panzers and Tanks are from Bovington. Got there in '97 and was impressive returned last may with a friend (actually a college classmate who was completing an MA in Military history... you don't find a lot of girl interested in armor...). It is undergoing an expansion program (they have a lot of new kit, a second King Tiger, more WW2 and contemporary stuff, and I have poked in the restoration area seeing an israeli Nagma sho't, a french GCT F1 self propelled gun... also their tiger 1 is now in running condition.

I really want to visit both, they look terrific. Have you been to the US Air Force Museum in Dayton OH? I think you'd probably love that.

Also, are most of the tank pictures from Bovington? I was there about nine years ago.

some at Hendon RAF Museum (the ones with a number instead of aircraft name) the others at Imperial War Museum Duxford.

I Love the lighting, they have one also in Hendon, but my photskills in restricted and scarcely illuminated spaces are still wanting.

What an underrated classic! Where were your aircraft pictures taken?
