HASL Map "Saint Aubin sur Mer"
This is a little new HASL map I made with HexDraw. It depicts the western part of the French town Saint Aubin sur Mer. On D-Day the 8th Canadian Infantry Brigade Group of the 3rd Canadian Infantry Division, supported by amphibian tanks of the 10th Canadian Armoured Regiment of the 2nd Canadian Armoured Brigade, and the 48 RM Commandos were to land there via a seaborne assault. The German 736th Infantry Regiment of the 716th Infantry Division defends this part of the town at "Widerstandsnest 27" (WN 27). On the map You can see onboard minefields, wire, MG entrechments (Tobruk-Stand), MG pillboxes, and a casemate for the 50mm AT-Gun which was placed there.
