Profile Information

Your introduction to consim gaming:
A copy of AH's 'Gettysburg '77' that my Dad bought after a family trip to the battlefield. My sister and I actually both played the basic game for a bit; I've since realized how awkward it was...
Your favorite game(s):
I'm big into OCS lately. Also Empires in Arms, WiF, and the Tank Leader series.
What game(s) are you currently playing (solitaire, FTF, PBEM, etc.) or wish to play next?
'Case Blue' over VASSAL and at the club, different sides in each case.
What game(s) have you played recently?
'Kiev to Rostov' solo scenario. Still getting over the shock of the flypaper ZOCs.
In general, how much time do you spend gaming?
4-6 hrs. / week
How big is your game collection?
A couple of dozen. I try to be fairly disciplined about what I buy.
Your local game club(s) and/or where you reside (let's network!)
CABS! Rocks!

Angela,
I've known women who played wargames, but never two sisters playing them. Did your sister stick with the hobby too?

'Hube's Pocket', solo, until the cats decided to have their own battle in the vicinity of Proskurov. Lord only knows where the Hs-129 wing ended up.

Oh that's funny - my deaf Maine Coon had a thing in for an SS infantry unit in West Front from Columbia Games....He would go find it, take it off the board and chew on the wooden block.

I guess I need pic's our our cats on my page. We went from one to three to eight, and back down to six with three up for adoption. Although they caught their first mouse the other night out near the garage, so they might earn their keep and be able to stay.

At Christmas time the same Maine Coon likes to chase the trains around the tree. he also gets up on our layout and sits there and watches them. Bizzare. My golden retriever is oblvious to it all.

My deaf Maine Coon had a thing for the SS infantry unit in Italy when I was reviewing Columbia Game's West Front one.
