I'm part of a multi player game of The Battle for Normandy. I'm one of two German commanders (I have the Caen area) against three Allied commanders. Its been fun so far getting together every other weekend.

Yeah! I've read about 30 pages and its very readable for Glantz. Its snowing like crazy, I left work at noon and I'm going to curl up with it for awhile!

Yeah, I heard that the new one is supposedly more "enjoyable'" in terms of digestion...Glantz work is great, but in terms of readability...Its always a hit-miss. At least the data/information is concise.

Simple so far - the maps suck per usual with a Glantz book and several early dumb errors - also par for the course. His writing at times is "dense".
