About Me
I'm a sportswriter for ESPN, a graduate of the University of Chicago, and a person who -- like most -- is by turns serious and silly in my pursuits. I studied Tirpitz in college, Catholicism in grad school, so naturally that took me into a career in sports.
Personal Interests (favorite activities, movies, shows, books, music, etc.)
Long walks with the dog, time on the beach (Chicago's are a regular source of joy), reading military history, cooking.

Meh. I prefer components to opponents anyhow.

Hi

Funnily enough I have just tried out Vassal after years of having on PC and whilst it does not compare to ftf play it is an avenue to play games I would not have otherwise. I have an ongoing Pbem but yet to try realtime (too hard to get convenient time slots).

Way too many games way too little time :-)

Cheers

I have just been re-bitten by the board Wargaming bug after about 10 or so years away and trying to accumulate collection of some of the very interesting games I have missed out on.

Cheers
