Your introduction to consim gaming:: Love all traditional Military Historical Wargaming. Especially World in Flames (ADG) World at War (GMT) ATEO (Decision Games) and Europa My all time favorite is War Between the States and VGs The Civil War have not played the new version yet by GMT. Have a bunch of others as well. Live in the Elgin. IL area. Belong to Eagles game club

Your favorite game(s):: World in Flames and War Between the States (Decison Games)

What game(s) are you currently playing (solitaire, FTF, PBEM, etc.) or wish to play next?: Down in Flames card game and Avalanche Press' Defiant Russia

What game(s) have you played recently?: War Between the States, First to Fight, Paths of Glory, War at Sea.

In general, how much time do you spend gaming?: 4-6 hours a week

How big is your game collection?: 100-240 games

Your local game club(s) and/or where you reside (let's network!): Wheaton Illinois and I belong to Elgin Eagles Gaming Club.

About Me: Married no children love cats and Military History. Devout Catholic. Worked for the Government for over 27 years. Served 12 years in the U.S. Army Reserve. Honorably Discharged in May 1987 at the rank of Captain. Presently employed with the Gov't.

Personal Interests (favorite activities, movies, shows, books, music, etc.): Military history, Religion, spiritual interests, Reading the "Grand Strategy of the Byzantine Empire by Edward Luttwak. Fascinated by Military History and the terrible historical fact that Mankind since civilization began /generates/begets armed conflicts/wars on an almost continuous scale. Especially modern 20th Century Military History which involves such mass destruction and loss of human life. How can we justify this terrible fact.
