GD '40 remains one of my favorite TCS games because one can see the stark differences between command speed (the Observe, Orient, Decide, Act cycle--or OODA Loop) between the two sides.  The French have so much mass but can't coordinate it quickly; the Germans are far more nimble but are severely stressed.  It makes for a good contest.  Sure, this series takes a lot of time to play and requires a fair amount of trust between opponents regarding OpSheet interpretation/implementation on the map, but it's still an engrossing and educational experience!

Welcome to the Social CONSIMWORLD website Francisco! I love all these games you mention as your favorites. I must confess I've not played all the GBoH series or OCS-SCS-TCS titles, but I want to. Just got my copy of ROADS TO STALINGRAD in the mail last week!
