IMHO the best way is to print them on 200g/M^2 inkjet paper, then cut glue them to cardboard (kellog's boxes are wonderful... cut and glue again the backs then cut the single strips and then the counters. To seal them I use 3m magic tape wrapped around completely; once fixed it is invisible and beside giving them a laminated look it also strenghten them. No counter clipping is necessary.

BTW I have ofund that you have to resize the page from LOF3 and 4 to have the counter printed as 5/8 otherwise you will end with half inch counters, at least on european printers.

The piece is from LOF3... the panzer recon is my barinchild and Mark and jeff have translated it in real counters ^^ btw you will find another 2 scenarios in LOF4 using the panzer recon units...
