"Hi Chuck,  Two things - 1) Chickamauga is a great visit - the park itself is pristine - it got protected early (one of the first national battlefields), and 2) thanks for breaking what looked to be a 10 month drought of commentary!"

"I went to Chickamauga Battlefield over the weekend. A very nice site, I would go if you get a chance, even in the rain it was fantastic!"

Is historical board-gaming dead in the Triad? I sure hope not! My dilemma is that I recently obtained a 2nd edition copy of GMT’s Triumph and Tragedy game that requires 3 players. I am seeking some interested gamers in the Triad area who might be willing to get together once or twice monthly to explore this title along with other games that we could enjoy together. I am willing to host and to provide a meal and beverages. Please let me know if you are interested, and I will contact you with further details. – Allen Joslyn (eajoslyn@msn.com)
