Suez revisited

I've been fooling around with 1/2000 scale naval minis. The idea was to have a combined arms game playable on a kitchen table .I am using nav. war minis along with 10mm AFV's and simple counters for aircraft .Everything worked well l I was simplifying the Arial combat segment when it occurred to me it  will be hard to get fleets passing back and forth through the Suez. I have been an avid reader since my youth.At first I read war books which morphed into General literature.Along the way I became acquinted with war games which then led to military history.I am now at a stage where I am designing my own.Design takes me along a myriad of oaths where I am never sure where I'll wind up

Phantom leader.Working on a way to simplify loading munitions and then using them.To much time spent with bomb counters.

Like to read.I latch on to a subject then follow it in various directions.Gray Wall of China by Julia Local and Great wall by All Durrant took me to Chines dynasty mixed in with Chinese political thought.

Discovered audio books Iccarias and Alphabet house.Don't usually read thrillsd suspense but these were in effect history due to all researahed or personnel knowledge of background.
