Pause

After all, this is a blog.... two pics of my son, 2 years old. He's just great. I mean really great. I don't know why, but he never calls me "papa" (daddy) but always "mon papa" (my daddy). I'm not at home since a week and, glarglglargl, I miss him. I think this little one is my best counter...

Finishing the Blitzkrieg

LnL-Heroes of the Blitzkrieg
I began to work on this more than 2 years ago. After several up & downs, other projects etc... it seems I'm in the final run now. The maps and layout are ready to print, the counters are all drawn, and I just have to playtest the scenarios one last time... Working On... 1 : Striking the Anvil

Operation Dragoon : Sriking the Anvil*
This game is designed by Luc Olivier. Luc designed many games for the french magazine Vae Victis. He's also the publisher of a pretty good fanzine : Vieille Garde.
I'm making the graphics (as well as wanabee developer and playtester)
Striking the Anvil is one of the two games on wich we're working about Anvil-Dragoon. (The second one will focus on the battle of Toulon, one of the major ports on the south coast of France.)

I have the game and no local FtF opponents, so the solitaire theme appeals. I led two light infantry US Army rifle platoons, and sometimes, acted as company commander. How is the game?

Dedicated to the 2008 GMT release of the same name. A rare solitaire effort that leverages some unique elements of squad/team level combat.

"When one plays a game solitaire there's usually more time that can be dedicated to the game" Thanks Andreas, that is what I wanted to know. When I play solitaire I don't mind "too much detail" but I have all the time and space I need to play. I...
OK, Thanks Richard, I was overseas when all that stuff went down. Most of the very little I know about it is from news reports of recent events. Love your games!!
