First wargame was Avalon Hill's D-Day 1977 in 1979. Followed shortly thereafter by SPI's Kharkov and AH's 3rd Reich. Started playtesting with Europa's Second Front in 1989. First published design was Paul Koenig's D-Day: The Canadian Beach in 2008. Currently nine designs published and counting.

A member of So Cal Gamers, but only meet up at conventions. Ocasionally playtest on weekends at Victory Point Games in Costa Mesa, CA.

Grew up listening to punk rock: The Ramones, Social Distortion, Dead Kennedys, etc. Have acquired a taste for country: George Strait, Alan Jackson, etc.
Favorite actors: John Wayne and Clint Eastwood.
As for books, I mostly read military history. However, I do like a good mystery novel, especially Michael Connelly's Harry Bosch series.
