War of the Roses

I've just bought and played 'Richard the Third' by Columbia Games and not only found it to be one of the best looking games that I've seen, but it also gives a great flavour of the changes of alliegences that occured during the 'Roses' period. Although a block game it is parsecs ahead of the early block games by Columbia, easily on a par with GMT. Definately worth a look. I also have 'Pax Baltica' on the Thirty Years War which has similar mechanics.See More
