Profile Information

Your introduction to consim gaming:
Avalon Hill's "Guadacanal" was given to me as a Christmas present when I was 12. I then got a subscription to S&T when I was in High School and got more involved in the hobby.
Your favorite game(s):
The original Squad Leader
What game(s) are you currently playing (solitaire, FTF, PBEM, etc.) or wish to play next?
Twilight Struggle and my own version of ASL which I call "Enhanced Squad Leader" (my apologies to Russ Gifford for being a nuisance sending him unfinished/badly edited rulebooks).
What game(s) have you played recently?
Twilight Struggle
In general, how much time do you spend gaming?
Drive on Stalingrad (solo). Starting to crank up Blackbeard with some friends.
How big is your game collection?
80 plus games, both current and vintage game titles.
Your local game club(s) and/or where you reside (let's network!)
There are no clubs in my area
About Me
I am a mailman and have been playing wargames since the late sixties.
Personal Interests (favorite activities, movies, shows, books, music, etc.)
I love music. I play music (drums) as well as listen to it. I spent ten years playing in local rock bands in the 70's and 80's and I am looking to begin playing in a band again when I retire from the USPS.

I love to read. My favorite books are the Flashman series by George McDonal Fraser and the Master and Commander series by Patrick O'Brian.

And of course I love music. Among my favorite artists are: Tom Waits, UFO (Michael Schenker era), Mott the Hoople, The J. Geils Band (the early years, not the commercial version), Faces, Be Bop Deluxe, AC/DC (Bon Scott era), Ian Hunter, Joe Walsh, Alice Cooper, and Elton John (1970-1976).
