Profile Information

Your introduction to consim gaming:
Can't remember a time I didn't play these games. The earliest memories include plane-to-plane combat in Richthofen's War as well as ship-to-ship combat in Wooden Ships and Iron Men - both usually over lunch while in school. Over time played quite a few AH and SPI games and still remember fondly "The Guards Counterattack" as the first scenario in the original Squad Leader. Left ASL when it became oppressive and unwieldy and left gaming for a time as well. Playing the first scenario of Combat Commander when it was released brought back those fond memories of "The Guards Counterattack" is a very manageable package.
Your favorite game(s):
Combat Commander System (Europe, Mediterranean, Pacific)
Fighting Formations

Power Grid
18XX
Street Soccer (nice mix of luck and skill with a nice theme around it)
Reef Encounter

Excited about:

18OE (Current Kickstarter)
Enemy Action Ardennes (Compass Pre-order)
What game(s) are you currently playing (solitaire, FTF, PBEM, etc.) or wish to play next?
Guns of Gettysburg
What game(s) have you played recently?
Combat Commandar: Europe (via Vassal)
In general, how much time do you spend gaming?
Not enough....
How big is your game collection?
There's always room for one more game.
Your local game club(s) and/or where you reside (let's network!)
Euro games Wednesday nights at my house

Thank you for the time on Saturday teaching me Vassal. It's nice having another option for playing.

Hoping to get all three played sometime in March...but should TDC arrive - that might jump to the head of the queue.

I like the games you have listed that you are excited about. Tottensonntag looks very interesting, as does FAB: The Bulge. I also recently received King David from COA and it's a beauty.
