Robert Mårtensson commented on Kim Kanger's group Dien Bien Phu, the final gamble
"I have been play testing it, and I must say it is promising to be a great game. The situation in itself is very tense and dramatic, and while it is a slow death march for the french they still have ample opportunity to kick back with their superior…"

Robert Mårtensson replied to Robert Mårtensson's discussion Biggest monster in the world... in the group Monster Mash
"We discusse that combo when playing Op Typhoon at the gaming club last year. Only as a dream though. We have neither practical means nor enough stamina to pull that kind of project off nowadays... :-("

Robert Mårtensson commented on Thomas A Stevenson's blog post What's your preferred way to scroll game maps on a PC?
"A mini/jump-map can be practical sometimes, but I rarely use them. I quite like grab and drag if there are small distances. Otherwise scrollbars combined with mouse at map edge scrolling. Mouse-wheel is good for zooming the map."

Profile Information

Your introduction to consim gaming:
Found a strange little shop in Stockholm (Tradition) when on visit 1973 or 74 (I was about 13-14). There I bought a game - Tactics II from AH. And from there it just escalated... As I lived in a small village I usually played solitaire until I came to University and was dragged into the Mother of all Monster games project (see the Monster forum).
Your favorite game(s):
Narvik (GDW)
Adv. Third Reich (AH)
Ney vs. Wellington (SPI)
