I would like to see your spreadsheet sometime. Maybe in a month or so as I have a ton of stuff on my plate right now. Now I could recommend the upcoming GMT game PQ-17 for another very good search system. It's a block game, but the way the blocks are handled you could incorporate that system into any game. The whole game uses blocks, but you could just use them for the fleets and task forces. As a naval fan, the system is worth checking out. I'm the CB guy for the development. In fact, that's one of the things on my plate!
