"Fall Blau: Army Group South - when did this pop up? I would have expected some notice here but maybe not... are there any other VitW games released since Salerno? How Victory in the West is it - just the use of chits or is the CRT VitW as well? Very…"

"Enjoying following this game. There's an inviting gap opposite the Canadians - pity about their transport - Rustin & SPI giving them just 7 movement points was inspired"

"The counters look excellent. One small thing for a future revision - In P3A, the Mud marker needs to be on the Game Turn track, not the weather table."

"Pre-ordered and eagerly anticipated! I notice that once again in Salerno a Breakthrough result doesn't cost a support/supply point - always thought that was a strange rule in VCS. Surely the artillery has been booked and the ammo fired anyway?"

"Personally I'd have used a sans-serif font and parentheses for CA, but the colour bar for the unit designation is very nice. The Killing Ground's version of VitW does provide the ability to build and destroy entrenchments and bridges and…"

The Killing Ground - Cobra scenario

Thought I'd share this dilemma. The scenario starts on July 18, a few days before Cobra’s historical start. I guess so that players can adjust their lines, regroup and re-stock. 19th Corps is still in an Operation to secure St Lô (did it have a name historically?) and so must make a least two attacks this turn. So I decided to keep going – What if Bradley had pushed 19th Corps on rather than pause and switch the offensive to 7th Corps?Well its now the start of turn 3 (July 20th) and thanks to…See More

"Pardon my ignorance, but is VCS Salerno the same project as the Decision Games Salerno I pledged for a few years ago? I assume it is, two VitW games at once would be too good to be true. Is Killing Ground still considered VitW? Just got Overlord,…"
