Bruce, sorry to take so long to get back to you - it's been a distracting few months. Unfortunately I don't have and have never played Empire in Arms, though I've certainly heard of it. It's at a bit higher level than I like to play: I'm more interested in operational or grand tactical games than strategic.

If you are interested in some of the OSG Napoleonic games I'm certainly up for that, though!
