In preparation for the invasion the American 4th Infantry Division is given orders that they will be part of the lead units for the invasion of France. The divisional command has started the planning for the invasion by looking over the intelligence on the beaches that they will land on. They are on the beach code named Utah. I am starting this blog to record my play of the Panzer Grenadier campaign for the Ivy Division in Europe. The 4th Infantry Division was one of the key units in the crusader across Europe to liberate it from Hilters terror. Highly decorated and participating in may key battles, the 4th ID's odyssey is captured in this PG supplement.

I now officially HATE Summer....if it's not 100 Degrees, then it's 'freak' summer STORMS (Y'know, where the electricity goes away ).
But, I also have something new and interesting: The VA and I are actively planning to replace my knees, one at a time. (My latest ortho appointment showed my latest hip replacement healing nicely -not as fast as last time and I have to go to Physical Therapy twice a week, still no problems)

As some of my pals here already know I leave tomorrow for a month in the United States (my retirement present to myself) in the company of my old and good friend from Sydney, Robbie (miniatures gamer and Civil War buff)...we intend to among other things visit many of the famous battlefields and landmarks of the US..for example Washington DC,Gettysburg,Chancellorsville,Sharpsburg etc. are on our list as are other palces like the Alamo and USS Intrepid in New York...along the way I hope…

Hey Ive updated my free Space RPG, its turn-based with bad graphics, but great Old skool gameplay, no mouse needed works on nearly all PCs with windows, good on a netbook too. its free , and has source code if your interested. there is a settings file where you can setup how the game plays.
