CSW Forward Observer (BETA)

I've got something in beta that will serve as a daily information source for CSW and also look to cover tidbits coming from other sources (forum, BGG, etc.) -- hence the name, forward observer. Again, I'm just kicking the tires for now to see how much more quickly I can post news stories and to see if I can easily keep it up on a daily basis.
