Tour de Force

Since Computer War in Europe Two (CWIE-2 or CWIE-II) is due out in a very short time I thought I would give a Tour de force.

C4 Cutter!

Well after many years of the same normal routine of using my X-acto knife to slice out the counter sheets and then using a finger nail clipper to clip the corners of a thousand edges, when I first saw the C4 I was amazed and then I bought it.
