The Siege of Syracuse Ready for Playtesting

I'm putting the finishing touches on the first development draft of Paul Rohrbaugh's game, The Siege of Syracuse, for Turning Point Simulations.  This game covers operations in Sicily during the Peloponnesion War, 413-415 BCE, with ground and naval elements. Ultimately, Syracuse prevailed over the Athenians, effectively deciding the outcome of the war.

Wounded Warriors

The National Post in Canada is one of my favorite media outlets, one that I read every day.  Often it's to keep up on Canadian news; what happens north the border does matter.  Additionally, it is good to get a foreign perspective on events in the United States, as they cover the news here.

I Had a Dream... It Was An Awesome Dream... And It Was Cool
