What's your preferred way to scroll game maps on a PC?

What is the best or preferred way to scroll a game board that is too big to view all at one time on screen on a PC?
- Keyboard
- Mouse-wheel
- Mini/jump map
- Slider bars
- Edge scrolling
- Grab and drag

-Other?

I usually include the first 3 methods in my programs but wonder if I have been missing out on a more popular method.

1) Edge scrolling

2) Tilt-Mouse Wheel (for horizontal scrolling)

3) Mouse Grab and drag

4) Keyboard

5) Slider bar

A mini/jump-map can be practical sometimes, but I rarely use them.

I quite like grab and drag if there are small distances. Otherwise scrollbars combined with mouse at map edge scrolling.

Mouse-wheel is good for zooming the map.

I prefer edge scrolling, as long as the map does not keep scrolling when you have moved the cursor off map to click on various buttons. Slide bars are good alternative.

I have found that grab and drag is a drag.

Sliderbars (or scrollbars) I have found are good if you want users to come up with one big stitched screenshot of your maps (I do it all of the time with the ones I work with) - a nice selling point, as you can resize them and stick them on webpages designed to sell your product.
