Well, not really sure how this stuff works. I have a "non-tech" blog at Consim in the Blog section that I started on Jan. 1, 2008. I'll have to see if I shift over to here or just run dupes...

Navigation on this new site is my big concern - Not sure how to get "around" and see things.

I got the groups at the left bottom of page and can look at those, beyond that, not sure what else is
"out there" in this big world BLOG area....

Guess I have to find people to "invite" over so they know I now exist.

Thanks for the info and comments. I'll start by double posting from the other Consim Blog, then probably migrate over to this one once I get confortable

Navigation is not too difficult over here; it seems somewhat overwhelming at first, but after a while you get a hang of how things work over here. You can invite people, of course, but I discovered you because the most recent blog entries are presented on the main page - together with a headline and the first paragraph of your blog entry. By posting an interesting leading-in, people will become curious and have a look at your blog, just as I did :) If they like what they see, they could follow your blog by adding you (or becoming invited by you) to their friends list or they could subscribe to your blog. By subscribing, they will be informed by email as soon as a new comment to your blog is posted. In addition, people browse around, check out other people's friends lists, follow recommendations or recommend interesting articles to their friends. Last but not least, your activities will be shown in the "latest activity" list which is always an interesting browsing option. I discovered many interesting things, articles, blogs, photos just by checking out this list and let myself be carried away by interesting links or people's profiles. In conclusion, I don't think you have to be afraid that your blog will be overlooked - get started and people will start reading, don't worry ;)
