I printed my Arnhem map yesterday, so i just need to run through the standard and exclusive rules and the game will be afoot!
I did quite a good job, as I had to print the map in four A4 sections, but even though I made sure that the print scales were identical on all four sheets, they still miss-matched at odd points :(
Still, they were only small and were only and few, and did not spoil the over map.
This is the first time I have done this, so future maps i hope will be better

The above picture is the center of the map where they all meet

Truth be told...i don't know. but I had already printed off three A4 sheets of this map before i got it right, so 7 A4 sheets in total. I have an HP Deskjet 2280, which uses HP21 & 22 cartridges, which are not that big. Even before I started printing, I was getting warning of low ink. But I have also printed out the Crusader map from North Afrika Quad, which used 4 A4 sheets, plus the counter for Arnhem, Bastonge and Crusader.
I did even try it using just greyscale, and it was not too bad, certainly usable if your budget was tight, then all you had to do was keep a supply of black cartridges. But i am in the process of re-designing the Arnhem map with less of the unnecessary colours and make it more economically printable.
The Arhem plain hexes are cream in colour, so will use ink, so I have made them clear. quite an involved job but a good exercise
