Flashpoint Golan - missing rules booklet

I have been offered this game, which I would love to take, but it is missing the rules booklet. I have tried Boardgame Geeks, Wizards without any luck, and I am waiting on a response from the designer.
But would anyone here have a clue where i can locate a copy of the rules from?

I should add that Mark Herman, the designer, did get in contact with me too, so if I have any questions about the rules or gameplay, I can question him...lol

I know...but luckily, someone on BGG has a copy and will hopefully get it scanned. Why are there so many games out there with missing rules??? lmao
