I've been in my "World of Warcraft" cave since last August, but the coming of spring and some new game titles are coaxing me into the sunlight.

GMT's Washington's War has me salivating a little bit. I'm looking forward to playing this re-make (re-imagining?) of We the People.

Also, the new Yalu! by Compass Games has attracted my attention.

I've played neither of these games, but would like to hear what anyone else has to say about them. What's the buzz on these titles?

Two very different games. Washington's War should surely build upon the success of the much sought-after We The People original TAHGC release that pretty much kick-off the entire CDG phenoma for consim gaming. Yalu only shares one similarity to Washington's War -- it, too, is based on an original that was very well received. I understand Yalu! does add quite a bit by way of new rules, system, etc. beyond the "classic" / original rules set. Both games should be winners, because they already are ;-)
