Can't believe how frustrating the CSW Forum outage is - and it looks as if it'll be down for at least another couple of days :-(

Yep! The July 4th Weekend North Korean Cyber-Attack. They hit the White House, Pentagon, other .mil and .gov sites, and presumably, took out ConSimWorld due to getting numerous Google hits when searching for " US Military" ...or found us gaming Korea '95 and didnt like our portrayal of the Korean People's Army.

Or it could have been John K.'s constantly refering to Kim Jong Il as "The Kimchee Midget".

> So what did John K do to the North Koreans THIS time ? (considering that they crashed the site the last time)

Now it's my turn to ask "Are you serious?"!

The CSW Social Network site is usually an easy going quiet place.
With the main board down and so many people registering all at once it is much busier and a bit more "chaotic" than usual.
Definitely a change from the usual 2-3 new messages a day.

I also cannot believe how much I miss the Forums. I am just not into this chaotic social network aspect of CSW. Its seems even harder to follow threads and such. Yes its better than nothing, but the forum boards are what make CSW rock!

Peace

If I can survive, y'all can. Read, go see a movie . . . watch some TV, like variousnews stations . . . find out what everyone else is doing . . .and why.

Seems that CSW was still down after Monday! Gee....is there a rescue team from the vendor yet?

I mean, are you serious? Were you living in the bubble before the financial tsunami? Wargamers' life wouldn't be overrated as the Wall Street greedy and we are more of a group who is obedient to life rules than others.

I had a life; it was over rated. The rules were flawed. They badly needed a re-write.
