Dave - Can't say for sure a Lancaster variant will be available. Right now Shawn and I are concentrating on the B-17 and B-24 (8th and 15th AF). Depending on how sales go will determine if it happens or not. To early to tell at the moment.

Thx for taking the time to reply.

"Picket Duty" has been on my Legion Games pre-order list since I first learned about the game. The link you provided has also made me aware of your planned "B-17 Queen of the Skies" update and that will go my pre-order list as soon as I can add it. Since your adding the B-24 to the game, any chance of an Avro Lancaster variant?

Thx again.

David - Map is pretty much finalized and beta testing about to begin. Once that is done, I plan on running a test mini-campaign with several players - just to be sure of the scoring is adequate for the mini and long campaigns. Updates can be viewed here.

Well, you didn't bust my bubble as I am really waiting for the game you are designing. And, as you say, someone will certainly develop the variant that I also want. [8<)

David - sorry to bust your bubble but it does not. This is strictly a solitaire game to be played from the US side. As with all wargame players, I am sure thre will be some enterprising souls that will design a variant for the game.

It has been difficult enough to design the game in order for the US player have a chance to survive, considering the damage inflicted by the kamikazes - especially to the destroyers.

I'm certainly waiting for this game. I hope it also has rules that allow the player to play as the kamikaze pilot!
