I joined CSW SNS, bacause of the CSW forum shutdown (I was not that intrested in, when CSW SNS started). Guess lots of similar cases out there. So, having shutdowned the forums was not that bad in a way. Hoping they would be back sooner though. CSW Forums and SNSs would complement each other what they are good at. Very curious about how many memberships we could reach.

I got a spam comment yesterday. I guess it's been done by some kind of programmed robot. Hoping they would be kept minimum.

This sight is a great idea, but I do seem to be getting more spam in my email box now though.

I really love to watch pictures in which people are playing wargames. I would upload if I have a chance.

Yup, didn't know anyone actually still listened to Blue Oyster Cult untill I joined.

The uploading of photos is a blast here than in CSW forum....I never figure that out nicely.

And videos of one's favourites too! You get to know more your buddy wargamers in a 3-D way.

Before the main board went down this was a nice quiet place to do those things.
Now it is much busier, posts and replys move down the right sidebar much faster.
I have to adjust how I keep track of things.

I like it though, I like that people can post pics of gaming, family, friends, etc..

Tony, thanks for your comment.

Out of necessity, I joined CSW SNS. And I found something I did not get in CSW forums. That is more personal conversation with wargamers. This SNS is very useful to make wargamer friends all over the world. The forums are useful to keep track what's going on in the specific topic, games, and manufactures. I am eager to stick with this SNS even after the forum recovery.

The main CSW board being down was a big boost to CSW Social membership, that's for sure.
Hopefully we can continue to grow and improve our little community here.
