Recording game plays to indicate play balance

I know there is a website that people can record games of Squad leader and/or ASL to show win / losses by scenario. I would like to see something like this for other war games as well. Specifically for The Gamers/MMP SCS titles but not necessarily exclusive to those. Does anyone know of this capability existing somewhere already? If not, would it be desirable and possible to add a function like this to CSW? I am not particularly interested in recording who won/lost but merely generating stats for play balance indication.  Function would have to capture the game and the scenario number win/loss data. Thoughts ?

Very interesting idea. Must be a coding genius out there who could make a little 3rd party applet for CSW!

Take the API from BGG for game search then the hard work is adding the scenarios consistently by number or name and win /loss sides. That would have to be coded to allow a drop down selection for say Axis/Soviet/Greeks, Romans etc.

Then you need a presentation layer - select a game and see the summary results by scenario.

What else?
