SETTLERS OF CATAN game makes front page of WALL STREET JOURNAL, 17 Dec 2009

Apparently this game is all the rage in Silicon Valley as it teaches the basics of entrepreneurship, at least according to this WSJ article entitled "An Old-School Board Game Goes Viral Among Silicon Valley's Techie Crowd" with the subtitle "'Settlers of Catan' Players Log Real Face Time; Strategizing With Sheep and Bricks."

LinkedIn Corporate founder Reid Hoffman and Mozilla's Chief Executive John Lilly are advocates and SETTLERS OF CATAN players. Mark Pincus, founder and CEO of those Zynga games a lot of us play on FACEBOOK (my addiction is MAFIA WARS), also plays his new employees as an ice-breaker.

Indeed, FACEBOOK held its first SETTLERS tournament last September in its company cafeteria in Palo Alto.

Any chance we can get them playing NAPOLEONIC WARS or HERE I STAND any time soon?
